If you're item is faulty or you'd like to return an item please email us at email@example.com and we'll explain what to do!
Under the Distance selling regulations act a customer has 14 days to cancel or notify us that they would like to return the product for a full refund or exchange It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of returning the item to us. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached if it came with one.
Please note that earrings are non refundable for hygeine reasons.
We will process the refund within 5 working days of receiving the item in it's original condition. We can only credit the customer through the original method of payment.
